Returns

 At Diana Widman Design, we realize that sometimes you change your mind. So, in the interest of taking care of you, we ask that you do the following if you want to return something.

1. Call or email us within seven days of receipt of the item and tell us why. You will receive a return authorization number. You need that to return anything to us.

2. Send us the piece by insured mail. Wrap it carefully because we are not responsible for goods returned damaged.

3. When we receive the piece, we will refund your money if the piece is undamaged, including, but not limited to scratches, dents, dings, bent pieces, missing parts, and things that look like you ran over it with your car.
